You must be at least 21 years old to order, receive, and drink alcoholic beverages from Joseph Jibril Wines LLC. 

The term "Joseph-Jibril" or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website. The term "you" or "customer" or "purchaser" refers to the user or viewer of our website.

We do not collect customer information or share any personal information to any third parties. Your information is only used to fulfill an order from our website, or for email correspondence. 

Anything purchased from Joseph-Jibril is not for resale, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Orders

We accept the following credit cards/forms of payment: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay.

Due to each U.S state's laws there are some states we are unable to directly ship to. These states are: AL, IL, KA, MI, MS, ND, NH, OK, TN, UT, WI.  Unfortunately, at this time we are also unable to ship wine outside of the U.S.

Joseph-Jibril’s shipping is handled by our third-party wine shipper, Crown Wine Shipping. They are a local Sonoma County fulfillment house that uses FedEx, UPS, and GSO. Please allow 3 business days from placement of any order before fulfillment. Orders will ship at the beginning of the week following fulfillment.

Exposing bottled wine to hot, humid, or cold weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Joseph-Jibril is not responsible for wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. If you have any issue with the delivery of your order email us to discuss your issue at josephandjibril@gmail.com, and we will work to resolve it.
